What we do?
Whether you own a property that sits empty or are already listing it on Airbnb, Vrbo, or other short-term rental platforms, our job is to make you the most monthly income possible by converting your property into a "Viking Experience." This is done with 3 simple steps.........
Step 1: Design
We will decorate the interior of your property in a "Norse" style without making any changes to the structure or main furniture. All we add are things such as paintings, sculptures, furs, drinking horns, utensils, tablecloths and other basic items like this to give it the Viking feel. This is what Airbnb refers to as a "Trending," "OMG!" and/or "Airbnb Plus" property category.
Step 2: Optimization
With our analytics software and years of Airbnb and SEO experience, we optimize your listing to generate the maximum amount of revenue possible. We monitor your property weekly to make sure everything is optimized year round. Things such as using the right keywords, titles, professional photos and search terms is crucial for getting your property on page 1 ahead of your competition. Finally, the most important part is to use local market research, "Dynamic Pricing" and our analytics software to set the perfect price point for your property to maximize both the per-night-price but also the number of nights booked even in the slow seasons.
Step 3: Marketing
We will market your property listing to our social media audience of over 180,000 followers globally, who are all fans of Viking history. Your property will be a top attraction for anyone in the world interested in Scandinavia's past. To keep it exclusive and competitive for you, we only work with 1 or maximum 2 properties in your region and only operate in Scandinavian countries or cities with some relation to Viking history.

Step 4: Full Management
Our standard program is to offer the 3 steps covered above and provide you all the future support you need along the way. With this standard service you can continue managing your Airbnb exactly how you want. However if you are interested, we also offer to fully manage your Airbnb listing. We can manage as much or as little as you like. Everything from the client communication, to cleaning, maintenance, security and everything else so you don't have to lift a finger. Pricing on the various options is covered below.
Step 5: Commission on sales
Another way to generate income from your property is commission on sales from our sister company. If you take a look at our e-commerce site at the link below, you will see the Viking related items we sell. Many of these items would be used to decorate your property giving tourists the option to get the best souvenirs right there!. We simply post a sign in your property with your own unique affiliate link that would track any sales and pay you automatically. This would give you a 10% commission on all sales, again without having to lift a finger.
